Description
The IOC Auto Letter Download Extension allows the client to directly download a form letter PDF after submission of the e-form. The extension is useful for situations where you would like to provide a generic or customized form letter to clients without requiring staff to process each request.

The client is provided with a “Download Document” button at the top of the submitted (Submitted, Pending, or Approved) e-form.

The form letter provided to the client is a standard sunapsis form letter and it can include general wildcards as well as fields from the submitted form.

E-form filters can be used to limit who can access the download e-form.
