I could not have made the transition from our old visa case management software to Sunapsis without the assistance of Jodi and the entire IOC team. Their dedication on this project was unbeatable. Basically when we started I was a one woman office with no time for an implementation but the IOC team broke it down and managed the project from the beginning so I could still perform my PDSO duties. I’m so thankful they have both the technical expertise and the immigration office knowledge to be able to attack a project like this from both sides.
