Jodi, Karen, Jason and everyone at IOC are incredible! They were there every step of the way for our program from training the Systems Director (me) , creating a data crosswalk, troubleshoot(ing) our data feed and helping us manage our relationship and expectations in regards to Sunapsis version 4 upgrade.
