1) What would you consider the top 5 most useful e-form extensions?
2) bugs and getting around second approver for group eForms
3) I would love to better understand how to use shareables to create e-forms and not start from scratch
4) Common mistakes when creating e-forms?
5) I would like more information on how to use the append feature to display a student's prior reported OPT employment to them through an OPT Employment update e-form. I would also like to know how to successfully build a template for OPT employment updates as ours are not working.
6) Is it possible to display record information in an eform, such as previously submitted employment update information, or current passport on file information?
7) Can an e-form be left in incomplete status, if not, what is the best way to clean up these e-forms?
8) What are your recommended steps when an e-form is broken and transitioning to a new version of said e-form?
9) Best practices for editing lots of E-Forms all at once (or do you just slog through)? Best practices for documentation? How do you do user testing?
