I have had a great conference so far. The Sunapsis sessions have been fantastic. There are so many things I have learned that I want to take back to my institution and work on such as checklists and Ad Hoc Email templates.
What great take aways do you have?

Emailing F1 Students on OPT
I'm trying to email OPT students a warning about the new SEVP audits on OPT students and the OPT population range is not completely visible. Is this a bug? I couldn't find anything in happy face. What are the ranges supposed to be?

Change of Status
How does everyone handle Change of Status? Do you put all internationals into Sunapsis for easy access to those changing status or do you only add them to Sunapsis one someone decides to change to F. If the latter what is the process?

Re: How to: Allow a student to view document associated to a checklist
Hi Jason,
Thank you for clarifying. That makes a lot of sense and would be a huge time saver in this COVID 19 time for students to just be able to print a copy of their current I-20.
Thanks again,
Kim

Re: Wildcards for Letters
Jason,
I understand the first two options and will look into creating the e-forms once we get our urgent e-forms up and running.
However, I'm so new that I have no idea what you mean in the bottom section of the email. Could you explain a little more.
Thank you in advance,
Kim

Dear all,
I'm a newer client and still trying to work through all these alerts.
Can someone share their best practices for the Alert: F-1 Review New Degree Program?

Duplicates in profile biographical information
Good evening everyone and Happy Easter! Has anyone noticed that when creating a test profile it is duplicating the biographical information to cover the page? So apparently since I'm on version 4.0.5 this is a known bug and will be fixed in version 4.0.6. see the KB item labeled: ITEM 15146: Duplica...

COS jumps to Initial, vs 4.0.5
I have done a couple of Change of Status' lately and notice that once you are in the embedded browser and click Change of Status, it is not staying on change of status. I have had to do two I-20's over because they end up being initial I-20's vs COS.

Re: Import Emails to Notes
I love the way the emails look when you send them directly from Sunapsis but the thread is hard to account for that way so I tend to use it for standard approval emails and use the Import Emails to Notes for "conversations".
How about you?
