Looks like this is fixed in 4.0.8. There are still issues with sharing e-form groups due to the way 4.x displays eforms vs the way 3.x did it, but at least the client can access the checklist.

Create a way to mass update client records (complete I-20 program record, Archive OPT) using a list of SEVIS IDs.
One possible solution: use a custom report with the list of IDs being copied in to a search field.

Add a method to "tag" records so they can be searched in CRB later.
- Individually add a tag to a single record
- Mass add tags to a list of clients based on UID or SEVIS ID.

Which program dates are you referring to? Are the Admission rows showing the updated term and dates from your SIS?

I see there are places for it in some of the Employment Forms (I-765 q 13b) so they can be saved in the database but I don't think the intention is for them to be maintained there. Lucy, what's would you be using the SSN for?

Hi Lucy,
At USF we created an e-form extension to verify the email address when the e-form is submitted. If the email doesn't meet the correct pattern a notification box appears with an error message.
